One of the things I like most is that, Kevin uses a variety of non-traditional compound movements, so my time in the gym is never a boring slog. In addition to being fun, the programs make sense. It’s not just a bunch of made-up exercises to “confuse the muscles”, and you realize this when you take the time to stop and analyze the order and pairing of the movements. But most importantly, I feel that Kevin’s programs are EFFECTIVE. I’m much stronger than when I started at the beginning of the year, in fact I’ve met one of my strength goals already and am confident that I’ll meet more over the course of our training. Overall, the workouts are amazing. Instead of being sore and gassed at the end, I feel energized and ready to do it again, though at the same time I’m thankful I have a day in between sessions. You always read these testimony about someone being the “up and coming in their field” or “this guy has a bright future.” While I do think this applies to Kevin I think the most important thing that could ever be put in a testimony is “They strive to learn everyday and never give up on their passion.” Kevin 100% does that.
